Synergy offers structured classes for children, teenagers, adults and women. Every class is designed to build confidence, fitness, discipline and practical self defence skills.

Self Defence Training

Strength & Conditioning

BOXING MARTIAL ARTS

BOXING MARTIAL ARTS

Our kids martial arts classes help children build discipline, confidence, listening skills, coordination and respect. Classes are divided by age group so students can learn in a way that suits their development and ability.

Available age groups include under 7s, under 11s and under 15s.

Combat Fitness & Conditioning

Combat fitness training helps improve strength, endurance, movement and overall fitness using martial arts-based drills and conditioning methods.

This training supports better performance, healthier movement and stronger confidence.

Meet Shaun

Shaun is the founder and lead instructor at Synergy Combat & Fitness Studio. With martial arts teaching experience dating back to 1992 and practical security experience, Shaun brings a realistic and student-focused approach to every class.

His teaching style combines practical self defence, kickboxing, jiujitsu, grappling and life skills. He believes martial arts should build confidence, respect, discipline and resilience — not aggression.
